i watched the break up with jai, ange, bea and fatz. i laughed at some of the scenes in the film, more of because i could see myself being a immature and pathetic girlfriend and friend. its just that there are always two sides in a story. its when you're mad that you do crazy stuffs just for that sweet revenge you think you deserve and always been wanting. on the other hand, the person affected does the same thing to you. so you end up in this rough tug-of-war in which everybody tries to be the winner.

e diba ang sad? wala lang. i saw myself and my life in many of the scenes in the film. not just in my arguements with my friends, ex-boyfriends, but practically with everybody. i have this overly nodoubt attitude of being so proud of myself.. in simplier terms, ang taas ng pride ko.

just those reasons and nothing else. period. selfish noh? wala lang. but honestly, i've been trying to work it out. its only the masayahin attitude of the pipz here in manila that tamed me a bit. at least i'm trying not to be a bitch, i don't backstab anymore, i'm trying to be careful with what i'm saying, i rarely insult people, i listen.. its so hard to lower down one's pride especially when for more than half of your life you're not the one who's giving in, who's always right and is never wrong.. but i'm trying. i swear i'm trying. i've lost and ruined a lot of relationships with people just because i don't listen. stupid? wala lang. shit.. i'm just sorry for everything thats all.

a lot of things happened last weekend.. some sad but fortunately mas madami yung happy.. hehe..

two concerts in two straight nights, how fun could it be..? haha.. which reminds me, i can't watch the BEP concert on thurs. why? no money.. tsaka walang kasama.. huhuuhh.. paminsan2x lang nga mei international artist na worth puntahan, tas hindi pa pwede. diba ang leche? hhehe bwisit naman kasi, bakit thursday pa. sana friday na lang noh. i have pics in my multiply site. i had a blast at the concerts. there was this sudden interest on OPM bands. galing pala nila. hehe..

saturday night, uhhmm.. i dont wanna talk about it. im just hoping that i made the right decision. its good to feel that you have friends to back you up in times where you think that the world sucks. i learned that no matter how serious you are with something or someone, lets say your boyfriend, never forget to still make your friends feel special or grateful you are to have them. coz in the end, when everything tumbles down, you'll realized that they'll be the only ones to sticking to your side. of course, nothing beats one's family with the support you get but friends are the closest to them.

"i cried that night. but i felt good after.." whatever that means. hehehe i suddenly felt an urge to work on my spiritual life. wala lang. i guess it proves that everything really happens for the best.

hay nako. wala na naman kaming pasok coz of the bagyo. heheh sayang pa naman ung pinagaralan q buong hapon nung Sunday for Statistics. Nerd nako eh. whahaha. it pays to have high grades. nerd!!! hahaha..

spent the weekend with in alabang coz my grandma was there. a linda and u shoried went to bataan so i had to act as the caregiver for the mean time. i just watched Just My Luck by Lindsay and Click by Adam Sandler. the films are ok.

i just ate vanilla icecream with cornflakes [yummy], lyn's gulaman, toasted bread with butter [simple pleasures] and took a loooooooooooooong steam bath during the weekend. it felt good. really good.

jay anne ericka and max slept over on saturday night. bri did too.

i tried to study for Ex Psych but i ended up watching tv. i miss watching tv. buti na lang coz the test did not push through.

we had our class picture taking last monday. the wacky shots didnt feel wacky.. hahay..

tues was such a bad day. long breaks.. and nonsense jerks.

i love maria maybelline pineda's work!!!! check her multiply!! haha i'm just advertising your work maybz! hehehe.. two thumbs up.. i'm just a frustrated photographer thats all.. =)

i haven't had time to blog about my weekend.

first up.. july 7, 2006 - birthday celebration day 1

jai and i surprised the class na we'll treat them for lunch in mcdo lacson. ang daming nagreact. hindi daw sila pwede, may pupuntahan and all the ka-dramahan. i was a bit upset na konti lang pupunta. wala lang. silly things we're going through my mind, like "libre na lang nga, hindi pa pwede!".. hehe as jai and i ordered chicken with rice for the 20people or so, konti pa lang tao yung nasa taas. the reserved area in mcdo seemed so bare kasi nga konti lang. i was happy, but something was missing. so ate Sheng started with the 'party proper' [para nga kameng bata eh], they sang "happy birthday". and to my surprise, also jai's, the rest of the class went up the stairs carrying a photo mosaic with dedications, chocolate cake and a box of gifts for us. omg.. ang sweet. as i was about to blow the candle, i cried. duh.. ang baba ng luha ko. subra. a surprise for the class turned out to be a surprise of my own. thanks talaga sa effort. thanks sa lahat. it was a really sweet to do and i'm happy you guys even managed to keep it a surprise kahit na lagi ko kayong kasama. wala lang. basta.. you just dont know how happy it made me. i have pics in my multiply account. thanks to jai and hannah for the pics..

i went to makati right after to meet up with mama and papa at max's makati. we took the bus to alabang and met up with a linda, a larty, a baby and maritess in Festival. i bought a ultra cool shirt from happy days. basta. hehehe hindi ko mahal ang uste. actually hindi talaga *sarcastic*. we went to atc after. i just window shopped since i'm saving for a out of the coutry trip. hopefully next year. we ate at auntie annes. wala nang wasabi ice cream at sebastians.. grrrr.. we went home after. i'm so tired that day. but i still ended up watching mtv movie awards 2006.. kagulow..!! ang galing. nanalo si jessica alba [my sister] hehehe

july 8, 2006 - birthday celebreation day 2

we left alabang at around 830. we attend the blessing of generika in bacoor, cavite. generika is a pharmacy owned and managed by my uncle. i think its the 8th branch. after the blessing we went to mall of asia [moa].. we ate at gerry's grill. jj and family joined us. yummy ng batchoy. i miss the batchoy in zamboanga tuloy.. huuuhuhuh.. we went around the mall. a baby and maritess bought me two bags.. waahhh!! nice.. i love em! i wanted to buy new flip flops.. ggrrr.. damn.. i'm saving!! we went to metro walk after. a baby and maritess wanted to go dvd shopping. and so they did. they bought about 14,000 worth of dvds.. yah, its a lot.. swear. hopefully they'll pass through the security at the airport. hehe my mom wanted starbucks. i wasn't really in the mood for one so we just shared sa isang frap. grrr.. they spelled my name wrong ulet. leche.. we ate dinner at pasto after.. its a italian resto. damn.. i just love restos with big servings.. as in.. hhaha.. takaw ko kasi. kakapagod talaga tong day na to. as in.. was so sleepy to even wait for the people to greet me at midnight. hehehe

its my birthday but it didnt seem like it. wanna know why? There are a lot chapter reading assignments for different subjects.. wahh.. crazy talga. i had to go back to the dorm as early as 10am. siyet. tas i had to make a powerpoint presentation for our group dy role play.. read a chapter in stats, 5 chapters in Experimental Psych, 30pages for Group Dy then 2chapters for Filipino. diba ang crazy? lalang..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOIE!!!

God strikes again. Hindi na tuloy yung quiz sa EP.. heheh.. but mei trial quiz, ang baba ko. peste talaga. I just learned that coffee stains one’s teeth.. yikes.. I’ve been addicted to it lately. We ate lunch sa ust carpark. Afterwhich we attended the ust unicef GA. I’ve been thinking if I’ll apply as a JVC of unicef.. any way, we’ll see..

why the world needs superman

i've watched the film. said something about the movie in my multiply site. now i just want to stressed why the world need a superman. philippines being a third world country really needs a superman. everyday i am exposed to different kinds of "unfortunate people" as what i might say. i see a lot of beggars and kids asking for alms on my way to school. i see sick and weak people just lying down in the streets, with their arms streched out with a "7/11 biggie cup" they picked up somewhere. its so sad facing reality. i feel sorry for those who can't have a life they deserve. lalo na yung mga bata. hirap kasi tignan na they're having a hard time. wala lang. sometimes i envy them. yah, i envy them. kasi ang simple ng kaligayahan nila. bigyan mo lang sila ng piso... masaya na sila. e sapagkat tayo, bigyan mo ng 1000 ng rereklamo pa. diba ang sad on how we need extravagant things to make us happy? wala lang. its in times like this i feel so fortunate and feel so silly by complaining about what i have and don't have. wala lang. alam ko its so weird of me to discuss topics like this.

a superman doesn't really mean someone who has abilities to stop a bullet from hitting one's eye. or someone who can't be stopped by anything but kryptonite. it could be just someone who brighten up your day with a smile or something as simple as that. i really think we need our superman in our own little world. my superman would be anybody who makes me happy and "makes me fly not like how richard [richard in superman returns] does" in his or her own simple way.. get my point? i'm doing my part by not being a bitch, giving a smile to everyone, and being in my happiest state everytime. and also by sharing what i dont need to people who need it the most. maybe i should stop collecting mamahalin na gamit for a change. give up havaianas? who needs expensive tsinelas anyway?!!?

i hope you could do your part by being someone's supergirl or superboy even just for a day.. or make it everyday.. =)
